4+ hours and many games, i never last long enough to really start playing. On my last playthrough, i went straight to the recommended planet, colonised it build minerals, plutonium enoughth farms one city, either that turn or the next i built an infantry factory. i had enough time to build 1 infantry, got invaded. end. anyone have any tips? cos if someone doesnt have any ideas that will be my last game in both senses of the word...

Food is clearly to support cites and command bases. Planets and cities produce MC which has lots of uses. Military ground units need plutonium for production. Do ships or anything need minerals for production or are minerals just for trading with other factions?...

So the game manual mentions that there's a "multiple player" mode in this game but after looking through the game menu I cannot find any way to enable this.

Hi, really digging this game it feels like an alternate reality Master of Orion. Also the opening intro sequence is fantastic. I'm at month 33 and my Rock planet has become an ice planet. Is this expected behavior? I might have accidently clicked passed the notification for it but its seems like winter just blew in and totally changed the landscape. All the buildings are still there but there are way fewer build spots I need to clear all these snow piles to build anything....

As in, will this require Dos box to run or its a normal 2025 windows installed game? Can it be played in windowed mode?
