I cant get 2 achievements Seat 160 customers at the tables. and the same one with VIP customers. In game it shown like i seated 1666\166 of customers and 133\60 (vip) but achievements r locked still. Does smn know how to fix it?

I was, against my will, upgraded to Windows 10. I can get the game to open and try to start a new game but all I get is a black screen and a 'Not Responding' program which takes task manager to get rid of (Full Screen is worse than Windowed as it required a reboot because I couldn't select the app in Task Manager)....
