Our biggest update yet is now live!

It addresses a wide range of feedback we’ve received from you and introduces localization for Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish. We’re also working on adding even more languages in the near future.

We’re ending the year with a bang, and we’d like to sincerely thank you for your continued support. As a reminder, all owners of the Steam version of Floorball League 2010 will receive the upcoming 2026 remake at no additional cost.

Since the re-release on October 20, 2025, a little over 3,400 units have been sold (with a 12.8% refund rate). Thanks to your support, we’re able to slightly increase the budget for our upcoming floorball games. Starting in January, we’re set to acquire our first motion capture suits. If you’d like to help us grow the budget even further for 2026, be sure to recommend Floorball League 2010 to your friends and share it on social media.

Our next-generation editor, Floorball Editor, is set to release in January. It will serve as the main hub for modding, as well as league, player, and team creation across all our current and upcoming floorball games. This new editor is a major step forward from the original FBL Editor, finally embracing modern technology and design, no longer stuck in 2010.

• Fixed an issue in the launcher where selecting certain languages would incorrectly switch to a different language.

• Bug Fix: Resolved a discrepancy where music volume differed between the splash screen and the main menu.

• Volume Balancing: Reduced the default and maximum volume levels by 50% to better match other applications and reduce the risk of excessively loud audio.

• Practice Mode: After a goal is scored, the player now correctly respawns at the center starting position.

• Shootout Mode: Fixed a camera view error that occurred when pausing and resuming the game.

• Shootout Mode: Fixed an issue where switching to the goalie caused the camera to zoom in, rather than remaining on the field player angle.

• WFC 2010 Save Compatibility: Fixed an issue where some countries were incorrectly assigned to the wrong WFC 2010 groups.

Note: This fix may corrupt existing WFC 2010 league season saves. Please start a new WFC 2010 save to see the changes. All other league seasons are unaffected.

• AI Behavior: The goalie AI now takes more risks, increasing the likelihood of diving to save the ball rather than staying in position too often.

• New Controls: When pressing and holding the dive button, the goalie will dive and remain down until the button is released.

• New Controls: When quickly pressing the dive button, the goalie now recovers much faster.

• Added support for Danish.

• Added support for Norwegian.

• Added support for Swedish.

• Net Physics: Tuned goal net physics; the drop net is now softer and reacts more naturally to ball impacts.

• Player Speed: Reverted the player speed to the original value (0.75) used in versions 1.00–1.06 for better game flow.

• Controls: Fixed a crash that occurred when attempting to edit control schemes while in-game.

• FBL Editor: Fixed a crash caused by using a hyphen in a player’s name (e.g., Henning-Ohlson).

• FBL Editor: Fixed a crash caused by using special characters in short team names (2–3 characters).

• Guides: Updated the in-game controller overview in the controller guide.

• Menus: Made small tweaks to the Main Menu and In-game Menu for better alignment.

• Team Selection: Re-centered elements to create more space and improve layout.

• Text: Fixed an issue that caused Scandinavian special characters (Æ, Ø, Å) to always appear in lowercase.

• Clipping: Fixed an issue where the drop net would clip through the main net.

• Glitches: Fixed an issue where the scoreboard would sometimes glitch out completely.

• Rendering: Fixed visual artifacts (such as edge flickering) appearing during replays or UI overlay rendering.
