I can't figure it out >:( brain hurt

Here is what I have for the secret so far: Mostly known information: Currently found three clocks, one by the frog (4:13), one under the snail (10:18), and one in the background by the pit (4:19). This is only shown after three restarts. My theories: Each time signature correlates to when you do a restart, with a new secret appearing after the third one. I also think you have to be in a specific location when restarting in order for it to work. The first one I believe is by the frog, specifically...
