I paid for this game and it completely disappeared from my Library? What is going on? Theft?

This was previously in the Hello Kitty, Hello Doggy bundle they did. Will people who got the game via this bundle get a steam key?

It's been 11 days now since the dev said he had emailed valve to ask them what was up with the game being removed from people's libraries and we had a user in one thread give a very complete, detailed, technical answer of what had happened and what needed to be done. The game is still not properly in my library though....
