Is this game still pay to win? I remember back in the day it wasn't and you had to work hard for your items but i'm not sure if this game is still worth playing or spending.

No new content (We all know what was promised after Acclaim was bought out) (those who don't know we would get an overhaul of the game so what 9dragons battle royal looks like. Also we would get new Advanced clans and clan wars where new questing was suposed to give answers where the 9 clan leaders were at now) No upgrades to the game grahpicly or system wise.
