So the game just doesn't work for me, i have a big red screen, i hear the kid and the dog, but i can't see anything happening at all

for some reason when i click play it does not open first a black screen appears with the cardboard mouse but like 2 seconds later game closes?? any ideas why that may be D: i wanna play..

Does someone else feel a little weird playing this game? Running at slow pace is no issue, but going faster creates a weird framerate-like disconnection between dog/child and the rest. I am not sure what exactly it is, but something is messing with my brain. Just wondering if I am alone with this....
