I got the FOE ending and I did not receive the achivement. I see its stat is at 0 so it's broken?

I started the game and three achievements popped simultaneously?!?! wtf? I'd like to at least have to try to earn them the regular way. Very strange. Anyone else experienced the same thing?

I did both endings, can't get the achievement to pop correctly. I reload old saves, I try fresh games, I try running as administrator, nothing. I even tried doing the achievements I already have, I've opened and closed the game, fully deleted and reinstalled. I even tried the test branch. Win 7 64bit. Is there some other save location or something I can try to troubleshoot?...
