I thought reflection was *just* a cooldown before going onto the next encounter, but these tools claim to boost the rewards you get from them. How can I see what I get from reflections? or is it maybe only the stuff from the tools? If the latter is the case, with meditation level 2 and sacred texts level 2 I would get 1.25XP and 30% chance of an insight point? and is that per reflection *tick* or per encounter? edit: never mind, it's explained in the "extra" section of your character sheet....

I have not yet finished the game, so this may already exist in some form that I have not unlocked yet. (In which case, perfect game thank you :D) It would help to eventually unlock some sort of automation for mindful moments, either in tools/skills/milestones. It could be a reduced version etc.. Any tips how to finish it? I'm on rebirth 18, Karma Seeds 130, Milestones 181/202 and trying to figure out how to fill that Progress. I'm on 23% but have no idea how to speed it up.. Should I ignore all skills and tools and put all resources to progress? Or what I§m missing?...
