Is it possible to add a French version of this game, since it already exists on other platforms such as the PS3 and the DS, and even on physical PC versions of the game?

The Game Is Closing Itself How to Solve

So, i bought this game yesterday and it doesn't seem to open, i've seen some tutorials on youtube and the community hub on steam but it still won't work, i enabled the windows 7 compatibility mode and the 16 bit 48000 hz audio but it won't open. Any help here, please?...

The game works fine so far but the aspect ratio is in 3:2 and not 16:9 like I was expecting. Is there a way I can fix this problem?
