I only see a white screen with some light shadows in the background in the beginning of the demo. I can hear a phone ring. The list of controls is on the left side of the screen, and I can hear myself walk if I press WASD. Any thoughts?

This may be a bug or maybe I just don't know what to do. I took pictures of all available evidence (got the achievement for that), then talked to everyone in the bar about everything, including the evidence until there was nothing more to talk about. Then I went back to the office. Sharon called and told me that the cop took her receipt. Hello! I have an issue with the padlock. The issue is the code 9703 won't pass, just nothing happens when i dial the figures. Is that a bug? Or is there any other code?

I think I have the number but, when I interact with the padlock I can't do anything. My mouse pointer disappears and nothing else seems to work. Anyone know what to do?
