One of my favourite Star Wars games ever. It's pure power fantasy from start to finish with you obliterating the Empire with your lightsaber and all sorts of amazing force powers. There's some additional challenges that can be challenging to get a gold medal on but give you good rewards.

Noteworthy things to mention though:
1) I recommend getting the game on sale. While it is fun (at least imo) it's super short and doesn't have much replayability.
2) The PC port has notorious crashing issues. It's guaranteed to crash more than once in one playthrough.
3) More importantly, I recommend playing this game on Xbox over PC. as with a lot of games from the Xbox 360 era, it's designed for, plays better and is more stable on that console. The PC version frequently crashes, yet the Xbox 360 version ran perfectly in all the hours I spent playing it. The game also has achievements and DLC on Xbox that are not on PC, most notably the fun Endor DLC, which is also a big part of why I prefer the 360 version over PC.

Dont believe the reviews of late. This game will crash every time you either load the game up if your computer is newer than Windows 7,

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II improves a lot on the gameplay side. The graphics are much better, the combat feels smoother, and lightsaber fights are way more satisfying and realistic this time around. Overall, it’s a big step up from the first game in terms of how it plays.

Unfortunately, I can’t really recommend it in its current state on Windows. The game barely runs properly. I was getting crashes every 10-15 minutes and only managed to get through about half of it.

Ironically, it runs much better through Proton, which says a lot about how old PC ports are being handled lately. Feels like Windows is slowly becoming the worse platform for some older games.
