An update to the public beta to fix some issues that appeared in last week's update.

This update also contains a few changes:

- Airplanes can be assigned manually to any active runway (for example assign a departing aircraft to a runway that is marked as active for arrivals).

- Added variation to taxi, takeoff and landing speed.

- Last played airport is selected when starting the game.

This update to the public beta mostly contains general fixes to both the game and the builder. It also introduces a more realistic mode for the automatic status update for flights.

In the more realistic mode, the status does not update until the request has been said on the frequency. There is an option in the settings to have the status update instantly as before in case of a lot of traffic lead to pilots taking long to say their request. It is still possible (in most cases but especially for taxi-related instructions) to give an instruction before the request is received.

The radar rendering has been reworked to reduce lag during camera movement. Based on testing it seems to have improved but feel free to report your experience.
