I bought this game in 2014, tried now and it looks cool, but looks like nobody is here, am I the last player in the universe? :)

I feel like buying it because it looks beautiful, but graphics aren't a game. I've seen from a few videos that the game pretty much works like every single space game I've played, so controlling the craft shouldn't be an issue. What I want to know is, do I get to pilot huge ships and/or do I get to make my own mini-fleet (maybe five ships) of a few ships I recruit and or buy?...

I know this is embarrasing, but how do I activate those frigging satellites in Story 1?(The very first mission). The game seriously lacks information to the player! I tried all the Special keys, and end up blowing up the satellites and have to restart the combat again. This is very frustrating! No wonder the game is not successful....
