What is this? I can't see patchnotes (yet?) but sounds potentially awesome

I installed the DLC but I don't see any new vehicles or courses in party mode, and I don't see any option to access the new campaign. I'm on Steam Deck. Do I need to complete all the levels in the original campaign first?

every time i launch the game i have to set the resolution to my preferred value, it doesn't keep the setting. Trying to set resolution from commandline with steam api "-w 1920 -h 1080" doesn't work.

Was the max settings always 1680 x 1050? This is such a weird resolution, is there no 1920x1080 etc? Is this due to the latest DLC, I dont remember this being an issue but Im trying to play couch co-op with my friends on a 4k TV and these resolutions could use an update if not...
