Everytime I try to start this, it starts to open, my screen goes black, it resizes, and then the game goes away. (crashes). I never get an error message, it just shuts off. If I try to start it again, the same thing happens. Anyone know what's causing this/how to fix this?...

You don't need to download any special programs or find the original disc file. If the game thinks you have ANY disc inserted into your PC, it will run. Get literally any .iso file, right-click it, and select Mount. This will create a temporary drive with a disc inserted. Then you can just start the game like any other Steam game. Once you're done, right-click the new drive in Windows Explorer and select Eject....

I found this game on steam and I was so happy to relive my childhood but the game will NEVER start and did not give me any errors. The ONLY way to fix this is to have a CD Drive to play the game. I have no idea why but it works. I tried virtual drives but they couldn't be installed on my gaming computer for some reason but I had a USB CD Drive and it worked so there you go....

Thats all im getting when I start the game. Anyone have any solutions.

Its been 5 years. How is it every other game from the humongous entertainment library dating back to '92 is able to run better than a game from 2004? I really doubt it would be that hard for someone to make an official fix. the store page would show many more reviews if it didn't require 5 minutes worth of failures before being able to write a review. It's really a sad day when a guy has to rant about pajama sam of all things....
