Boss difficulty?

I legit wouldn't muck around and finding a fix. Unless square does something or someone can pinpoint exactly why it doesn't launch, Ill go play it on an emulator. My bad wanting to play a game I enjoyed growing up. I assume its the windows updates.... Sad to see all the 13 games get shafted cause Square does not care. If anyone has a fix that is 100 percent working let me know if not STAY AWAY. Go emulate it and enjoy the games....

Can you play as Lebreau in this game? Also, is the story worse than the first one?

So i have tried to play this game on my pc went through all of the steps for the buzzing noises, graphical glitches, resolution changes, 2gb to 4gb ram, run as admin, turn off the cloud save for Steam and Non stop crashes nothing seemed to work. I know this isn't a solution more of a statement the Steam Deck is the only way i can get this game to run with absolutely no problems i am even able to turn cloud save back on.
