Hi recently reinstalled and notice when I click on store tab its empty, I verified files and such but cant play around with any store customization, buying diff clubs and clothing. Is it broke?

Hi! Just got the game few days ago, I'm a fan of golf games/sims. So, whatever I do, I can't get rid of the stuttering in the game, except unlocking the FPS. I have 3090 gpu, and can run the game at 180+ FPS, but I don't want to hear my GPU fans screaming at 100% while playing the golf game from 2016 lol, it's just a blasphemy.
