So, while I don't know what necessarily CAUSES the issue, it seems that not everything from Spartan Assault actually installs, no matter what you do. What you have to do is go to this link to get the 277430 (Spartan Assault game files) and paste the file into your Steam\userdata\1060761167 folder. Hi! I have found the solution.... You must ONLY go in the property of the game, go to controller, and DISABLE Steam input. AND for Halo Spartan Strike, it' the SAME. This is the real solution for on PC. If it can help someone.
