So I think it's supposed to be a rare event, and admittedly I'm usually having them do this alongside more militarily powerful races like the Burlusts or Thoraxians, but in most of the games where I'm being aggressive the Peltians of all races are the ones that actually take the planet XD Just wanted to share....

So I have a few question about this mechanic, specifically on how do you gain and lose it and their rates. How do you gain it, can you lose it and if so how, and what actions gain or lose more of it?

Can anyone tell me what it means when I'm unable to interact with the local actions of a planet's faction because they're "Privateering"? Complete with a capital P. In this case, it's the Andorans, and I can't tell if this is something distinct for them, or whether there's anywhere I can see an indication of this and read a tooltip to learn more, or what it even means or how long it lasts or how it happened. Can anyone help? And more generally, the online wiki seems pretty spotty and incomplete, which is...

I just bought The Last Federation, but I always like to fool around with my games, and cheat codes or mods tend to be a good way of doing that. So, are there some tools I could use that aren't third-party trainers?
