Choosing version?

I have almost all the DLCs (Except from the mobile one) And one of the last updates was about the steam client and how every time it will ask you to choose a version (example: choose Vanguard Princess Lilith, Vanguard Princess Kurumi, etc.) But it doesn't matter which version I choose, it's always the same for me, there aren't any noticeable changes at least for me (and a friend), but if I am not wrong some thing like the title screen are supposed to change, isn't? (In any case, I am not pretty sure which...

Online missing file

clicking play online gives the error : VanguardOnline.exe is missing its not in local files either and redownloading or verifing files dosent help.
