Corporate Lifestyle Simulator has just been removed from Steam. Why?

It's always such a disappointment when a game is successfully voted through the Greenlight process and the developer makes literally zero effort to leverage any of Steam's enhanced features and tools. Are there any future plans to bring any Steamworks features to this game? Syncing my progress via cloud is always a very appreciated feature for smaller games with lower performance requirements to resume gaming on different machines.
