Before i forget, no mods. and a newb, obviously. trying to figure out where the additional 310k in cash came from that sits in my empires bank. between low taxes and high maintenance, and some pirate payoffs, was running at -22k a "cycle". Resort gave around 18k bonus income, with the occasional private sector purchase i was loosing money but only slightly. Had 39k in the bank. planet still developing so keeping taxes low. figured i'd be fine for awhile till the next big private sector purchase hit. loo...
