Don't buy this in 2026 - something about the way the game was built causes it to just not work on modern systems. While it's an interesting throwback to Games Workshop's past, and a pretty significant challenge to overcome, the fact that the game simply doesn't work anymore is a pretty big turn-off.

In summary: if you're willing to run this in a Win7 VM or do a whole hell of a lot of back-end work to make it run, this might be worth your time. If not, save your money.

WARNING TO ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS:

It doesn't work on modern systems. You'll get a black screen after the first splash screen. Some people say they can get the game to run on Win10...but I never had that luck. And it doesn't work on Win11 at all.

Until Auroch fix their ♥♥♥♥, don't buy.

The game does not work on Windows 11, simple as. Stay the hell away and don't give these banjaxers any money.
