I will move your discussion to the SE Russian forum so Russian players can help.
Some members were not able to play MP and here is what they did to fix :
1 - The problem was caused by router MTU being set to 1400 to my ISP gateway. Changing the MTU to 1500 fixed the problem.
MTU = Maximum Transmission Unit
2 - Turn off ASUS' ROG GameFirst, that app got reported preventing members to play MP.
3 - Also one member was stock in space and could not see the respawn screen, he switched to Wifi to fix.

Game crash on startup or freezes in main menu :
From SE Dev filcon :
You can try to delete all files in this directory - %AppData%\SpaceEngineers\Promo\
From Smokey :
Right click space engineers in the game list, go to set launch options and put in the box
-skipintro
Click ok, close pop up box and no more intro movie upon loading
From Rox :
go to <path>\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Content and rename the 'Videos' directory
It didn't happen before, but now...

Добавить в параметры запуска клиента игры строчку
-plugin "..\..\..\workshop\content\244850\2407984968\RunPluginLoader"
Далее в игре появится кнопка Plugins
Установка плагина "Disable Analytics" должна решить эту проблему
