Some members were not able to play MP and here is what they did to fix :

1 - The problem was caused by router MTU being set to 1400 to my ISP gateway. Changing the MTU to 1500 fixed the problem.
MTU = Maximum Transmission Unit

2 - Turn off ASUS' ROG GameFirst, that app got reported preventing members to play MP.

3 - Also one member was stock in space and could not see the respawn screen, he switched to Wifi to fix.

Freezes appear in main menu, so problem is not in world or mods I suppose

Game crash on startup or freezes in main menu :

From SE Dev filcon :
You can try to delete all files in this directory - %AppData%\SpaceEngineers\Promo\

From Smokey :
Right click space engineers in the game list, go to set launch options and put in the box
-skipintro
Click ok, close pop up box and no more intro movie upon loading

From Rox :
go to <path>\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Content and rename the 'Videos' directory

All of this does not work.
It didn't happen before, but now...

Report all the needed Data to the SE programmers, they may have a good solution for you or thay may have to fix/update the game to run in your PC.

Report directly to the SE programmers so they can chat with you if they need more info.

Привет! Подскажите, вы нашли решение этой проблемы? У меня такая же ситуация с инженерами и железо почти такое же, при том что fps у меня не падает 120 показывает. раньше играл такого не было

ОЗУ: 16Gb 3200Mhz
Видео: Nvidia GTX 1660 super
ОС: Windows 11 x64

Ну проблема просто прошла сама собой, может патч какой исправил, может просто звезды сошлись

У меня вот такая же проблема, правда железо послабее

Процессор: HexaCore Intel Xeon X5675, 3066MHz
ОЗУ: 12Gb 1333
Видеокарта: AMD Radeon R7 260X 2gb

проблема решилась!!! Фризы возникают из-за сбора аналитики от Epic Online Services "Epic Analytics"!!! Нужен Plugin Loader https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2407984968
Добавить в параметры запуска клиента игры строчку
-plugin "..\..\..\workshop\content\244850\2407984968\RunPluginLoader"
Далее в игре появится кнопка Plugins
Установка плагина "Disable Analytics" должна решить эту проблему

у меня пару раз по началу писало, и не загружало список плагинов, потом заработало само, хз как исправить...
