I wouldn't expect it. At least any time soon. Hopefully if it does well at launch he can either hire someone on for things like translations, or maybe even code it for community xml translations in the future.

That said, I'd think Russian would be a good early language for translation. The downside is probably having to reduce cost for that area, the upside of course being Russians seem to be *hardcore* into strategy games.

Would it get pirated more often if it was in Russian? Hmm, maybe. But perhaps those same people who have the ability to pirate it (at the higher level, not just download/install) would just create their own translation anyway, so maybe it will not be siginificantly different one way or the other.

Do the game support multilanguage? I can try to translate it in Russian if you give me something like .po/.mo files.

Found English.xml file but after translating some strings game crashes. I think it's due the cyrillic symbols. Pls, change font /or tell me how/ to supported cyrillic symbols.
