how is it not sued by nintendo for links awakening copyright? also is there a demo please

If you try to go to the Switch eShop and search for Glory Hunters, the game is not listed. It was there last week because I preordered it and there is a time for the game on my Switch 2.

I understand difficulty but the intended experience of not being allowed to take hits before accessing a town is a bit much, no? Is there an NPC to talk to at the campfire area to heal before we get access to a town?

I'm usually 150% the audience of that type of games. That being said, I'm confused with some design decisions. No HUD on screen ? I can't even know my health without a menu ? Why ? No physical feedback on hit on enemies, that feels so weird, they blink but no knock back, it feels clunky somehow: they move at random / their own pace, I have to stop and hit (with a fairly short range) but they can just keep walking and damage the player. First "event", jousting, the game says to press button on right timing....
