It plays fine mostly but it's also not that great. The assets in this make it feel more like a Garry's Mod realism pack, which feels a bit clichéd and uninteresting. The head bobbing is somewhat sickening to endure and the weapons are pretty pitiful, whereas the NPCs have deathly accurate weapons that are hard to deal with at times. There's yellow paint but never is it in a spot where it is actually helpful. I had to look up a guide about halfway through for a mod that is generally less than 90 minutes of gameplay. The part on the funicular where you have to fight a gunship is particularly painful to play, and the gameplay after that continues to be painful.
