Hi guys! Just wanted to touch in very quickly and note that Dokimon: Quest is currently 75% off, which is it's steepest sale yet!

Additionally, we have decreased the price recently (in several currencies), but the USD price has dropped from $19.99 to just $17.99.

This brings the current price down to just $4.49, which is a steal at less than $5. Tell your friends!

What's next for Dokimon?

At current, we are working on our next game, Yami Kids, which is built on the Dokimon engine. Additionally, we have already started playing around with some new art, characters, and mechanics for a Dokimon sequel, as well as some other really neat stuff that we can't share about yet.

Did you know? Dokimon: Quest was a Kickstarter project too, that launched about 3 years ago! In fact, 7 out of the 9 playable characters were designed by gamers just like you^^ Additionally, around 10 monsters were also designed by players, can you guess which ones?~

We need a proper Wiki

Hello Dev team, Hope everyone is doing well, staying safe, and having a great year. We need a proper encyclopedia of the creatures in the game, a serebii.net type of things for this game, yes, I know this game is not competitive, but it is nice when different creatures have from the same species have variant stat distribution which makes the game a bit more skill heavy forcing the player to not just go ahead and capture any creatures, but to also make sure they capture the right one that can build into h...

Battle Speed Toggle + PC Info Bug Patch

Hi guys. Small update today fixing a bug in the recently added "PC Info" feature, that lets you view monster info right from your PC. There was an issue when trying to search and empty spot that has been fixed.

Battle Speedup Toggle ON/OFF

We're also happy to announce that we've added a requested feature, battle speed toggle. When enabling this in options, it replaces the "hold to speed" feature when battling.

Instead, you only have to press the action key once, and the battle will be sped up until it's time to choose your next move. Of course, you can press it again to return to normal speed at any time.

To use this new feature, simply toggle it on (as seen in screenshot above) and try it out!

Hi, for some reason Steam deck only has issues in Gaming Mode. I'm trying to fix it, but Steam support wasn't able to replicate the issue, and I don't have my steam deck on-hand to fix it. However, Steam Deck in Desktop Mode has no known issues. Please try it if you run into issues, thank you! tl;dr Use Desktop Mode - Gaming Mode has some crashes!...

Amazing game, loved the art, playstyle, story, hoping to see dokimon 2 in the future maybe?

But there is somethings missing in the game too that can be improved in the future, more animations to make the world more alive, movements/texts indications to help player know when to press the button (an example its after you finish the battle and you don't see any indicator to close the exp window)

But still an 10/10 for everyone that likes mon type games.
