Beat Ballos without picking up any health upgrades the whole game (3 HP) to get the best ending. I've done it twice already but the achievement still hasn't shown up. I'm playing as Quote on an easy difficulty save slot for this one, am I just unlucky? Any fixes? I also have a hard difficulty save slot with 3 HP just before Hell, but I don’t think the achievement requires hard mode. I could be wrong, though. Hopefully not, since the falling boulder section is even more insufferable on hard....

is there a mod or cheat that allows you to instantly replay specific bosses? specifically ballos. im trying to train myself for no capsule achievement without having to replay the whole bossrush or hell section. thanks for help

how do I beat monster X on hard mode with snake and sword? I know I shouldnt have chosed hard mode for my first playthrough, but I got so far and i cant stop now.

I cannot proceed from the very start. I can move and jump around but cannot use the save point, computer, or the exit. It's very peculiar! I've tried changing the keyboard settings so alt/fire is provided by a different key but it did not help. I've verified all game files. I have no game controller available, so I don't know what else I could try, other than playing the free Cave Story (I don't yet know if that will help). I loved playing this game years ago but cannot proceed past the beginning. ...
