My wife and I played through the entire game. The graphics are a 10, the music is a ten, the story is a ten, the journal is a ten, but when it comes to using the items it's a 5 sadly. If it wasn't for the item usage this game would be fantastic. Buy it on sale.

This is such a wonderful P&C adventure game. It has a fantastic story
which slowly reveals itself over the course of the game. In fact, one
story beat that I puzzled over and thought it might be a plot hole, was
very nicely addressed at the very end of the game. The visuals of the
town and the manor house put you right into Louisiana in the 1930s. The
game puzzles range from easy to challenging, but the in-game hint system
is there if you need it.

My wife and I played this together and loved it. A definite
recommend.

The amount of scenes, animation and dialogue in this game for such a small studio is insane! The game crashed once but it had just autosaves. If you enjoy Point & click adventure games, this is the game for you.
