Am I the only one who doesn't get any achivement?

is based it's a shame I can't buy this game

I completed the game (beating all stages) without hitting any enemies and still didn't earn the Pacifist achievement. I also spent like 10 min hitting a single guy 100 times (counted manually) to get the Rampage achievement, but I didn't get it either. It seems to me the achievements related to hitting enemies are still bugged. Hopefully this can get fixed, as the others did....

I've seen a good number of reviews here claiming that Nicalis stole Cave Story from Pixel (as if that has any relevance on the game itself), but.....where's the evidence? Or is it just speculation?

what do you mean get it now before it's gone? I can't hold it in my library? If I uninstall it it's gone? What if I format my computer? Please clarify thanks
