In case you can`t install the patch from steam, here is a simple way to turn on the 18+ content. Go to the game directory (head to your Steam Library, right click the game and select "Properties". Then go to the "Local Files" tab and hit "Browse Local FIles") Then go to \game\ directory and open the "patchcheck.rpy" with a text editor and change the value from "False" to "True".
