On one playthrough, if you go back to your cabin, there will be a blackmail note for you to go to Chapel at 14:00, if you go there, Anders will arrest you and Major Singh will tell that it was an elaborate trap. But I've tried many time after I don't get this event again after many tries. Can anyone tell me how do you actually trigger this event again?...

I've got jacket several times, but I can't get what are the triggers for it appearing near your cabin. I really want to rush it so I can swap *something* with *something* when *someone* visits me. Thanks!
