I know nothing can be done about this due to the credit card crap I just wish steam didn't go this route makes finding lames like these impossible plus dlc content

Tl:dr : Great game, loads of different s*x partners, relationship styles, and (hand-drawn) adult scenes. Has a lot of grind at the beginning. I would highly recommend the game at a posted price or on sale. The DLCs need to be reworked for me to recommend them.

Overview : This game sits as a classic in my mind. I have put many hours (50+) into it and still enjoy coming back to it. You play as a male MC (there is a female MC DLC, I haven’t played it) who works as a code monkey. His roommates recently moved out, and two new ones moved in. From there, you are in the driver's seat for how you want your relationships to develop and change as the game progresses. There are no right or wrong ways to play. It is one of the few AVN’s that does not require you to follow a strict story. You can focus on making money, being charming, being jacked, or being smart. There are many characters with the dev. adding new ones now and then (I’ll get into this.) The good endings often end with you forming a harem or being in a steady relationship with a different character(s).
However, the conversations after a while become repetitive. At the start, there are about 3 responses for “conversation topics,” but as your relationship develops, more responses and options become available. Most of the s*x scenes are stills, but they are hand-drawn. There are some cases where the images do not align with the story; a character will be present in the image that has not yet been introduced.

Pros :
- It is a great harem game.
- The character backgrounds feel real. They are dynamic and interesting. Their primary trait is not just h*rny.
- Similarly, the characters are likable (I have a lowkey real-life crush on Bree and Sasha).
- You can have relationships with multiple characters and form several different types of harems.
- High replay ability.
- You can indulge in a variety of different types of relations such as D/s, siscon, and M/s.
- The writing and dialogue are well done.
- You can buy clothes, cars, house upgrades, presents, adult toys, dr*gs, and more.
- The art is very well done. As of now, there are little to no obvious uses of AI. Which is a huge bonus.
- Some may see this as a con: The level of logic going on behind this game is great. You have to satisfy very particular if(s) to get an outcome. Once you have played through without outside sources. I would play again and try to get your desired outcome using the extensive Wiki.
Cons :
- A significant amount of grind. Typically, I don’t mind grind in a game; I find that it makes it worth it. In the case of LS: SB, I really don’t mind the grind. Some might find it off-putting, and there are definitely times when I just want to use the cheats.
- Conversations can feel repetitive after a while.
- The DLCs. The living world is cool. But I was underwhelmed. It slowed the game down and caused cutting, where a character will briefly appear without clothes. I was hoping it would bring animation to the romance scenes, but so far, very few have been reworked. I also do not think that adding a couple of characters counts as a viable DLC. I understand and respect Andrealphus’s motivations, i.e., they put in a lot of work into them, and it is rational for them to charge, but it doesn’t seem, as a consumer, to be enough to justify an additional cost.

Why i liked the base game ?
I love the base game and For a Fistful of waifu DLC and everyone should experience these two if not the others at the very least.The game is full of romance options , dates and events and artwork atleast for the base games looks amazing for most of the characters like samantha , bree ,sasha, palla and the whole band.And you have to be very thorough in dating and romancing because one wrong steps could lock you out of potential other big romance options so it's a lot fun to tackle this challenge at least for me and i have played it almost 5-7 times which means there is a lot of replayibility as well because everyone will miss out on something or the other and it will require a lot of different choice's to atleast get a perfect playthrough.

For a fistful of waifu dlc has good plot, characters look pretty decent and artwork is top notch but one of the girl is locked bechind a specific path for the other main character So in a way we have to choose between 1 girl from this dlc or the other girl from the other dlc ( it kind of make's me feel cheated) in any way one of the girls amy has good content specifically with another girl (violaine which i would like to see more of).I still think dlc is by far still a lot better than the other one.

PS:I hope there could be more date options to be honest like karaoke , skiing or taking a cruise vacation on a ship or having beach ride , scuba diving etc.

As of right now , i do not recommend Lively world and a for a few waifu's more for these reasons:-

Lively world - (Animation's doesnt even look that good so i have disabled them completely the one's i got did'nt interest me to the point of even purchasing the said dlc and even then i think these should have been included for base game owners for free because dlc characers get their own animations in their seperate dlc so by that logic/reason base game character animations should have been included for base game owners for free).

In any case , i also do not recommend for a few waifus more dlc for unfinished work and bad artwork specifically for cherie's side of things and I did'nt even get the third girl kiara whose artwork is absoultely amazing if we take the bree gamer path (So it leaves a bad taste to me, i mean kiara could have been included using camila side of undercover cop or something but for now after 360 hrs of gameplay, i will need to play again to fully unlock kiara through bree's maid path) Yeah , it is frustrating since i took me so much effort to unlock most if not all of the harems.

Yesterday we released For A Few Waifus More on Steam! It's our latest "3 more girls DLC" and it's MILF focused with 3 juicy MILFS to seduce and bang: Kiara, Cherie and new comer Claire but of course there is a lot more surprises in it ^^
