Just bought the game and created an account on the website. When I now try to log into the game, I get the error http/1.1 403 Forbidden. Can this be fixed?

This game does not work, it asks you to sign up, but it does not let you in. And in collaboration with steam they have developed a fraud so they DON'T REFUND!!! I didn't play for 1 second because I cant get into the game, and steam is acting stupid considering open logon screen "playing" the game. FRAUD, DON'T WASTE MONEY. AND double check everything on steam because steam is protecting fraudulent practices....
