My screen goes almost completely black, I can only see the lights... And the game doesn't detect my graphics card memory, it says 5.8GB/0GB

HRESULT=0x80070057, The parameter is incorrect. My laptop can run RE7 just fine and looking at the requirements they should be the same across these two games. I cannot get this game to run though. Does anyone have a solution to this?...
