Another few if midevil is the main requirement I have heard good stuff about pathfinder wrath of the righteous, I haven't played it but I did pick it up recently it's pm sale for based game like 3.99 cuz spring sale.
If midevil isn't the main requirement (i know you mentioned it) rouge trader (Warhammer universe) is what I'm playing, it's turn based.
Their other titile divinity 2 is solid, I'm not a huge fan of the AP system myself but I beat it once. I suggest playing a character the offer instead of custom character just for better story.
I can think of a few more but none of them are midevil lol things like wasteland 3 for turn based, or disco elysium for a I depth story heavy RPG but it's non combat oriented it's really story, good story but it's all about your actions and the later potential consequences good or bad of those same actions.

Outside of their games there isn't much in fantasy CRPGs with nice-ish modern graphics. Solasta can maybe squeeze in on the edge of 'nice-ish'.
So I'd say just check those developers out and that's pretty much all I think anyone will recommend within what you're looking for.
NWN2 is a 2006 game. Not the best graphic now, but still in the same style of BG3. Also, unlike BG3 not only evil is worth there, but that game has the best evil playthrough ever made for RPG, specially in the expansion Mask of the Betrayer. You need to purchase that on GOG, cos steam doesn't sell it anymore.
Tyranny is another game from Paradox in the same engine as Pillars of Eternity and i really recommend it. It's an awesome game unfortunately not much know.
There's even a Star Wars game "coming soon" (which tells us nothing) that wants to mix BG3 turn-based and old-skool FF turn-based and older Yakuza turn-based and reactive Clair Obscur turn-based. ("Star Wars: Zero Company")
Just wait a bit and see how those games do.
