Great game for people who enjoy classic Shooters or even new ones. Regularly kicks my ass until I get ahold of a strong gun or get mechanics down that I unlocked soon beforehand. It blends old Doom with the simple graphics, perspective and the hoard fighting while also pulling in new Doom's mobility and soundtrack feel. This blend of new and old on top of the minigames for more depth into the main game's combat is fun and rewarding while still keeping some difficulty. If you like old shooters: PLAY IT. If you like new shooters: PLAY IT. If you enjoy new and interesting ideas: PLAY IT. And that's before all the cool Easter eggs from games it pulls inspiration from. There's a secret mini boss fight that you should always lose. Guns from all kinds of games. Best Nightmare I've ever had.
