Am I the only one that find Dr. Habit kinda cute? Just me?

I've been playing this game for a few days and really liked the story line, characters and background music, but after I had ended my last run and sat through the credits and the game took me back to the main menu, I tried to start another run , but I couldn't I could only sit at the website portion of the start up screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple time and it's still the same. I really don't know how to fix it and I really want to get all of the achievements in the game. Please he...

I'm playing on laptop, and for some reason, without any input, my character keeps going to the left. I tried to go in the same direction, press every key, mess with the settings, to no avail.

Is the interactive epilogue not available for steam? Or do I have to but the itch copy of this game to play it?
