Why this update is only available to Matrix version? Devs release the beta patch to Steam!

I've had decisions offered playing as Carthage where the decision outcomes are based on my overall leaders admin level but I cant find that stat anywhere on the nation screen. Where is it?

I am playing as Rome. Winning a war against Epirus. I have their last province besieged. "+6 siege will end quickly" "unbreached walls 0 of 1" I order an assault so I can guarantee I take the settlement this turn... and randomly Epirus turns into a part of Antigonids. What the actual frick?...

Why isn't a nation raiding your provinces repeatedly enough justification for war I go to war on Numidia after they repeatedly raided my provinces and get a message saying it was with no real justification ( which I'm guessing makes other nations less friendly towards mine?)...

Question for Pocus, any ETA for we have the next patch? I want to start a new campaign but would like to do it only after it´s released. Thank you.
