after it shows enemy fire, my ship skips many frames, like it was moving during animation

So when I buy things and go to "rebuild ship" - I don't have anything Also, when I get the spoils from enemy ship, I can only use the items that one time maybe I am pressing the wrong thing, where does all my junk go?

I really tried hard building a ship, ironically all my time spent playing this game is literally trying to build a 3rd rate yet it i still can't do it since the game fights me with these weird controls and unintuitive layout.. ahh it kills me that i got burnt out trying to build something that will work in this game.....

Sometimes it just won't let me place blocks in correct spots? red for no reason
