Check your spell list for 'Summon Tommy'. If it's not there, please let me know.

How do you REMOVE that spell?

Open your console with ~ and type in: Help "Summon Tommy"
You should see something like this: SPEL: (xx01FD0F) Summon Tommy
The xx should be something like 0F or 12, it changes depending on your load order.
Next type in: Player.RemoveSpell xx01FD0F
Once again, xx should be replaced with it says in the earlier line.
