Unlock all character option and perk level set option?
WAY back there was a KF mutator to use custom characters and it also unlocked every character for servers including DLC character like the steampunk Fosters, is this currently possible or could it be added to server perks?

Also is it possible to set perk levels to lvl6 ie so everyone on the server starts off with max level perks rather than having to grind on the server?

And yes I know this game is pretty dead and this mod will probably never be updated again :/

-KF has been almost completely left behind by it's dev's.
-Multiple mods haven't been updated since 2013.
-Almost all of my old Killing Floor friends either play KF2 or other games now.
-Even in KF2 people have complained about the amount of players online in that game.

(I still really love this game though)
(sorry if this came off harsh)

edit: I took back my comment about some the top modders because I have seen some pretty good modders still uploading a some.
