Update 2.1
In Update 2.1 there's some changes:

- Remove gore mod (Crashing poor players.) it's gmod engine fault.
- Added new death (skeleton entity.)
- Changed TargetID
- Changed notification to default
- Prone mod on KEY_V

I highly suggest removing prone mod in general. You get caught on props and can no longer move plus it glitches you through walls/props/anything in general.

Some things I've seen that might need fixing:
  1. !rtv shows a notification that just inst proper English. It should say "[USERNAME] wants to change the map." This should also be posted into the chat so users can actually see that someone is wanting to change the map.
  2. The spectator box on the scoreboard only shows every so often. I believe it only shows when a certain amount of players is online. I personally believe this box should be constantly shown, even if no players are spectating.
Some suggestions:
  1. The ability to force yourself to be a spectator.

Okay, so prone mod will be removed.
I will add mapvote system with rtd :)
I know about spectator box. It works if server has x players

mn_spawn_add spawns is not a valid command either. Not real sure whats going on with that.

Also another error that happens when you use the butcher weapon-

That's only animation problem with swep.

mn_spawns_add spawns works for me. Do you paste this in your gmod console on server? Or just on chat.

Don't use ulx rcon. Just only this mn_spawn_add spawns in your console(gmod)
