First: You need to get hit a lot by a player or a bot.
(There are 3 bars at the bottom of the screen when those fill with white you can X-Ray or use horse legs and escape grab.)
Second: To do the X-Ray you need to grab the player (Mouse2) and then attack (Mouse1) and it will do a random X-Ray
Third: Your done!
