Not bad stats at all, but (like the Machina) it means that you'll pretty much need to equip an SMG in order to increase your chances of survivability in close quarters. And because of the range of damage correlation would that mean you'll still be able to pull a quick scope on an enemy who charging at you from a short distance?

Note: most of these are tweaked from over people but i would like a sniper in the game rewards players by doing what the sniper is made to to. With its reload speed it will make snipers take there time with each shot and they wont be able to counter other classes as easy
