Yes, the tables are only spawnable. Spawn codes are pinned in discussions. Also, it will be possible to change values with INI files. It is something I am working on, but currently do not have an ETA.

Just tested on Ragnarok and it works fine. Tables are SPAWNABLE ONLY. You cannot learn the engrams. If you put in the spawn code correctly, the table will appear in your inventory. If you want non admins to use them on your server, you will need to create a common area or marketplace for people to go to use them.

how is the initial currency distrubuted among the players? Is their a set amount of money in the mod to drive the economy? How do new people to join the server get money?

I have the same problem on my server. I am copying the codes CORRECTLY and all.
