With TD Enhancements Pack, I can vanilla disallow a hydroponics station to stop colonists sowing plants, and use the mods added harvest button to still allow them to harvest. Great.

Adding Prison Labor sees my colonists ignore the disallow function and they will sow regardless, even without ANY setup of this mod. No zones, no prisoners, only a prison room with 4 beds in which I already had. The moment this mod is added to a new game or save, colonists will ignore the disallow function on hydroponics.
